The Battenberg Suite, located on the 6th floor is used to host diverse events and conferences.
The Suite is perfect for executive meetings of up to 80 people (seated) to gatherings of up to 150 people (standing). There are 2 lifts available to serve the suite. An outdoor terrace, accessible from the suite may also be booked when organising events. The outdoor terrace is ideally suited for groups of up to 50 people and may be booked for private functions.

Regardless of the type of event being organised, The Osborne Hotel provides a full array of dining options. From light hors d'oeuvres to multi-course meals, our professional catering staff offers culinary delights to each guest.
For conferences we offer varied refreshment options ideal as coffee breaks. Waiter service will be available and refreshments may be served before, during, and after the conference.
When organizing private functions such as Gala Dinners, we may also arrange the suite into a dining area where clients will be equally divided and placed on separate tables. For these events, the client may choose between buffet or a la carte dinners. We also offer silver service.
Alternatively clients may opt for a cocktail party or standing reception where food and drinks will be served by our waiters. For these events the suite and terrace may be booked together. The suite will be decorated according to the clients' requests.
