What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 14:00hrs onwards (reception is manned 24 hours)

Check-out: 12:00hrs

Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability on the day.

At what time is breakfast served and what type of breakfast do you offer?

Breakfast is served between 07:00hrs and 11:00hrs. Breakfast is served as a buffet and we offer both English and Continental breakfast.

Can I book a transfer service?

We can organize your transfers through our preferred transport providers. Please email us your requirements on info@osbornehotel.com.

We will quote for this service before you confirm and you will be charged as per quotation with no hidden surcharges.

Can you help me with car rentals?

We will be happy to help you in booking car rentals for your stay. Kindly send us your requirements on info@osbornehotel.com.

Our preferred car rental provider has a comprehensive fleet of vehicles to meet your particular needs and all are fully equipped and in very good condition. A valid driving license from your country of origin is required.

In Malta, we drive on the left hand side of the road, same as in the UK!

Do you provide parking facilities?

The hotel does not have its own parking space. You can look for parking spaces in the surrounding streets where you are permitted to park on white parking boxes only. There is a free public car park just 150 meters from the hotel. During the day this is mostly full, although spaces might become available when offices and shops close after 19.00. There is a paid multi- storey carpark 750m from the hotel just outside the City walls. This is large and usually parking spaces can be found there. It is recommended to choose this option over trying to park in the city’s narrow, busy streets.

Can I reach the Osborne Hotel by bus?

You can stop at the Valletta Bus station, which is 7 minutes away on foot (550m). For more information regarding bus services in Malta, please visit www.publictransport.com.mt

Is it possible to book excursions around Malta and Gozo through the hotel concierge?

Our Front Office Agents have all the information you may need and can assist you with information and bookings of excursions for your stay.

If I need a doctor, is one available?

We can call a doctor who will visit you in your room at the hotel if you wish. Alternatively, there is a government health centre 1.3Km away in the next town, Floriana. The general hospital Mater Dei is just 5 kms away.

Do you offer in-room guest laundry service?

Two services are offered:

  • Regular – next day service
  • Express – same day service, delivery after 17.00hrs

All laundry is collected by housekeeping personnel from your room by 10:00hrs (please make sure it is in the laundry bag and ready for collection by this time).

Are pool towels available?

Yes, pool towels are available in all rooms and are provided free of charge.

What electricity is used in Malta?

Malta uses the British 3-pin wall socket system and the mains voltage runs at 220-240volts.

Do you accept all credit cards for payment? We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and JCB. You may also make use of the ATM which is located just 200m away in Republic Street.

Full settlement should be made during check-in.
